Our Managing Director brings a wealth of insurance experience to the business. For 19 years he has worked across multiple disciplines within the insurance sector. Having worked for AXA Insurance, Primary Group, Imperial Consultants and latterly having created Virtus Validations he has seen the demands of the supply chain both from the buyer and seller perspectives. He has been responsible for overseeing the internal operations, including Technical Claim Handlers, Administration Handlers, HR, Customer Care and Finance. Involved in introducing new clients through development and delivery of the service proposition, through to integrating new clients into the existing framework. He has overseen and been heavily involved in year on year growth through consistent delivery of services offered along with service level agreement adherence. A member of both the CII and CILA Daniel actively promotes professional and ethical growth from his team.
Our Technical Director has an enviable mix of experience across the construction, surveying and insurance sectors going back 30 years. He has a keen eye for detail having spent over 15 years in Construction and Building quality control. This unique blend of cross industry experience lends itself so well to the role he now fulfils. He has methodically fostered and maintained long term relationships with the best quality Insurance surveyors in the UK, many of whom are now loyal friends and not just colleagues. He has an expert level knowledge of building and surveying, this is allied with his many years of developing and training UK wide field surveyors/inspectors to exacting standards. He is responsible for all technical training across the business and provides the senior technical reference point to insurer clients and their internal teams. He has assisted the customer care departments of clients in dispute resolution. He designed, developed and delivered training courses across the main disciplines, all of which have been accredited and accepted by the Chartered Insurance Institute. He regularly meets with industry figureheads to gauge trends and to continually develop and drive forward the technical abilities of the work force to ensure regulatory and contractual obligations are always surpassed. He is a driver of change and is receptive to new ideas and is always striving to streamline and improve processes. He is a member of CILA, CIOB and MIOR.

Our desktop validation software can be leased as a stand alone service or combined with other services from the group, reducing the overall costs and potentially providing you with this market leading software free of charge.
